Wholesale Perfume Bottle MOQ & Pricing — How Factory Quotes Are Built
How glass perfume bottle factories price samples, pilots, and wholesale — MOQ by SKU, finishing adders, and what belongs in a real quote.
Sourcing GuideThis page explains how a quote is structured. It does not publish a fake unit price list. Glass, coating, print, and freight move independently; a honest factory quotes by SKU and process.
For supplier selection see the RFQ checklist. For the production sequence see OEM process.
Three quantity paths
| Path | What it is for | What you should expect |
|---|---|---|
| Sample | Confirm glass, neck, coating, print | Higher unit cost; often credited against first bulk |
| Pilot | First retail or Amazon test | Catalog shapes are faster than a new mold |
| Wholesale | Repeat orders with locked specs | Price improves when the process is frozen |
Perfume Bottles Wholesale quotes MOQ by SKU. A 2ml vial and a 100ml heavy-base bottle are not the same forming and packing job.
What actually moves the number
- Glass — weight, capacity, whether the shape is catalog or new mold
- Neck / closure — crimp sprayer vs screw pump vs dropper vs roll-on
- Finishing — clear < frost < spray coat < metallization (typical direction, not a promise)
- Print — colors, print area, hot stamp vs silk vs decal
- Secondary pack — label, folding carton, rigid box, foam
- Freight — FOB vs courier; destination
If two factories quote “the same bottle” with a 40% gap, they are usually quoting different stacks (coated vs clear, pump included vs not, box included vs not).
How to read a quote without getting trapped
Ask the quote to split:
- Bottle glass
- Closure
- Finishing
- Decoration
- Box
- Sample vs bulk
- Incoterms
A single line “bottle USD X” with no stack is not comparable.
What we will not put on this page
- A public unit-price table (it would be wrong the week coating or freight moves)
- Invented plant capacity or “years in business” stats
- Named ISO / FDA / CE marks we cannot show
Documentation for a destination market is a pack on request, listed on the quote when you name the market.
RFQ that gets a 24-hour working-day reply
Send via the inquiry form:
- Who you are (brand, private label, distributor, Amazon)
- Catalog SKU or a drawing
- Quantity path
- Neck finish
- Finishing / print / box — yes or no
- Ship-to country
We reply with MOQ for that SKU, sample options, and the process split — not a one-number website price.
